Sound familiar?

Something’s off. You’re not yourself, you’re living a life that doesn’t feel authentic to you. Something’s missing.

You feel disconnected from others, finding it hard to be open and vulnerable.

You’re dissatisfied with your sex life, feeling really anxious about sex, maybe even avoiding it.

You can’t stop thinking about your to-do list, the look your partner gave you, or that thing you said last week.

You feel like you’re hanging by a thread as you read this, during the two minutes you have between meetings, pick-up, and throwing together dinner.

You’re constantly googling physical symptoms, looking for signs that you’re healthy, your baby is healthy.

If so, let’s connect.
